An area packed with surprises

The Quay (Cressely Arms)Around Vallen and Tedion Farms, you’ll find an area packed with surprises.

Take the local pub. The Cresselly Arms, known as The Quay, has barely changed in 100 years. It looks different every time you visit— huge tides come and go, bringing up festive boats and leaving gleaming mud for the wading birds.

The nearby town of Narberth surprises visitors with a High Street made up of independent shops stocked with real, award-winning food and must-have clothes. Art Galleries, gourmet food shops and service with a smile—what more could you want?

Down at Lawrenny quay, the marina provides boat access to the magnificent Milford Haven and the big seas beyond.

You can follow the Landsker trail around the Cleddau Estaury and come back enchanted by the scenery, birdlife and tranquillity of the are.

And its only a short drive away to the big beaches of Tenby and Saundersfoot.

There’s manmade fun close by too. A few minutes away are Oakwood Theme Park and Folly Farm—both great favourites with families. And you can always try your hand at indoor bowling at Caneston Bowl, next door to Oakwood.

It’s surprising how much there is to do in this quiet rural place —and that’s without venturing into mid and north Pembrokeshire where there’s a treasure trove of beaches, islands, historic towns and outstanding landscapes.
